I wonder if the fiber version tastes like rat poison like the regular version. I have an acquaintance who is cutting out "sugar" from her diet (not refined sugar, but sugar, one of the basic building blocks of life), who would undoubtedly be thrilled by this. Just another example of how people make worse, misguided choices while trying to improve their diet.
A food blog written by a bunch of hungry, angry people: a food writer, a (sometimes) vegan baker, and a professional nutritionist, as well as the occasional other culinary wingnut.

Everything is better if it's commercially produced. We've forgotten that the most nutritious foods don't have ingredients lists.
